New Cold Akademy was founded with a clear vision: to bring high-quality European technical training back to Africa.

The academy is supported by New Cold System, an Italian company based near Bologna specializing in refrigeration and air conditioning components.

After years of industry experience in Europe, the founders launched this initiative to create new opportunities for young technicians in Burkina Faso — combining Italian know-how with local talent.

Today, the academy provides theoretical and practical HVAC-R training using professional equipment designed to replicate real-world refrigeration systems.
